Stabili-Teeth replace your upper or lower dentition with new permanent teeth using dental implants. The procedure is completed in just one visit, including any extractions and the attachment of functional provisional new teeth.

Stabili-Teeth is a procedure that uses six dental implants in the upper or lower jaw to hold in place a new set of teeth made from strong, aesthetic resin. The resin is more elastic than zirconia teeth and better at absorb chewing forces. Stabili-Teeth give you strong, stable chewing power that feels that feels much like natural teeth.
Dr. Marcus uses a combination of standard and narrow-diameter implants to make the most of the available bone, often avoiding the need for extra surgery or bone grafts.
Dr. Marcus can extract teeth, place dental implants and attach a beautiful set of functional provisional teeth all in the same visit. When your implants have healed and fully settled, he will attach your final teeth.
For a fully relaxed experienced, Dr. Marcus provides oral conscious sedation at no extra cost. He prescribes a sedative pill, which the patient takes ahead of time.

The process starts with a complimentary consultation including 3D X-rays with our dental CT scanner. Dr. Marcus learns about your goals for your teeth and smile, explains the Stabili-Teeth procedure and answers any questions you have.
Once you give the go-ahead for Stabili-Teeth, Dr. Marcus begins his planning. He uses 3D and digital scans to plan the surgery and the final teeth placement. This ensures an efficient, comfortable procedure and a successful outcome.
You can opt for oral conscious sedation for a fully relaxed experience, provided at no extra charge.
In one surgical visit, Dr. Marcus removes any teeth, places the implants and attaches your provisional teeth. If necessary, he performs a bone graft simultaneously to increase bone volume.
Your provisional teeth will be both functional and aesthetic.
Four months later, you’ll get your permanent teeth. Dr. Marcus designs natural-looking teeth that complement your features, giving you a beautiful smile. We use teeth made from high-grade resin, milled from a single block, which provides both strength and elasticity, allowing the teeth to withstand pressure and wear from biting.
