Marcus Dental Practice features the i-CAT FLX, a low-radiation cone beam CT scanner that provides precise panoramic, 3D images of both soft tissue and hard tissue in the mouth, jaw, head and neck. It allows us to diagnose and treat people with unparalleled accuracy.The i-CAT helps us diagnose jaw joint problems, place dental implants and prepare for more extensive procedures.
CEREC is a 3D design/manufacturing system for creating crowns in a single office visit. Dr. Marcus takes impressions using the system's digital scanner, designs the crown on the 3D software and mills it out of high-grade porcelain on the CEREC milling machine.
The results is an aesthetic, well-fitted crown that complements your smile.
We can print temporary teeth with our SpringRay 3D printer. Known as the industry gold standard, this equipment allows us to work more efficiently.

Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) is a modern, minimally invasive method for professional dental cleaning that targets bacterial biofilm—the main cause of cavities, gum disease, and implant infections—while preserving healthy tissue.
It uses AIRFLOW®, PERIOFLOW®, and PIEZON® technologies. Biofilm is first disclosed with a dye to guide removal. The AIRFLOW® device gently sprays warm water, air and fine powder to clean teeth, gums, and implants. The PERIOFLOW® nozzle reaches deeper pockets, and PIEZON® ultrasonic instruments remove remaining calculus precisely and comfortably.
GBT is efficient, gentle and ideal for preventive care, periodontal therapy and implant maintenance.
