Dr. Marcus can refine or transform your smile to look just how you want it. Here are some of the issues he can take care of:
You'll meet with Dr. Marcus to discuss your goals for you smile. We'll then take digital scans and photos of your teeth and smile.Dr. Marcus sends the information to a master ceramist who creates a tooth-colored resin model of your future makeover.
Dr. Marcus places the model over your teeth, allowing you to see how your smile can look. We'll take a series of photos so you can see the trial smile from all angles. If you would like any adjustments, we'll send the trial smile back to the ceramist. Once you are fully satisfied and you give the go-ahead, Dr. Marcus can begin treatment. This makes your smile makeover predictable—you'll know exactly the result you'll get!
Dr. Marcus carefully designs your veneers to create an aesthetic, natural-looking smile. He shaves off minimal tooth structure to maintain tooth integrity.
Veneers are used to permanently whiten teeth, change teeth shape, close gaps, cover blemishes and chips and make teeth appear straighter.
Crowns are used in cosmetic dentistry to when the tooth or teeth also need strengthening or the bite needs to be adjusted. We use CEREC, a one-visit system to make crowns that are high quality and aesthetic.
Dr. Marcus can use dental bonding to cover minor imperfections in your teeth such as chips, cracks, small gaps and stains.
We use the Pola professional whitening trays for effective and gentle teeth whitening.
Pola whitening offers strong and more effective whitening, along with a special gel to help reduce sensitivity. For patients with gum recession and root sensitivity, we make the fabricate the trays so that the gel is only on the teeth and doesn't touch the roots.
Missing teeth can be replaced with dental implants that are very lifelike and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Marcus can also replace a whole set of teeth using implants.
Nearly invisible clear aligners can give you a straight, beautiful smile. Dr. Marcus uses CandidPro and OrthoFx aligner systems, which can give you straight teeth in as little as 6 months to a year, and wearing the aligners for as little as 12 hours a day.
Dr. Marcus can recontour a gummy smile using a dental laser, in a procedure known as “crown lengthening.” He can also even out an uneven gum line and remove "black triangles" between teeth.
