Thank you for your interest in Marcus Dental Practice! For over 55 years, we have offered patient care and treatment beyond compare, making us the preferred dental practice in the Chicago Loop. We are conveniently located in the heart of the Chicago Loop, just steps away from Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile. Our office has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where we strive to provide each patient with personalized attention and comfort. Our advanced technology, team members, and patient-centered approach allow us to establish lasting relationships with our patients, based upon trust and confidence.

Getting Started

Please bring the following with you to your appointment:

  • Driver’s License or picture ID
  • Insurance card
  • Copy of sleep studies if you are seeing us for sleep issues
  • A list of current medications and dosages
  • Your pharmacy name and phone number
  • Your primary physician’s name, address and phone number

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for registration.

During the Exam

What to expect from your new patient dental exam:

  • CT Scan
  • X-Rays
  • Facial and Intraoral Pictures
  • Exam
  • Oral Cancer Screening

You can expect your appointment to last approximately 90 minutes, unless there are additional factors that need to be addressed. If you are seeing Dr. Marcus for advanced services, additional information may be requested before your appointment.

Parking Instructions

Valet and public parking are conveniently located near our office. Valet parking is available for $16 per day at the Garland Building, located right outside the doors at 111 N. Wabash Ave. A discounted parking garage is available at 20 E. Randolph St, just one block from our office, for $19 per day. Please ask our staff for the validation coupon upon checkout.

Health Insurance FAQ

No. We are out of network with all plans and operate fee for service.

Yes. We can file your claim as an out-of-network provider. Any reimbursement is based on your plan.

Yes. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major cards and HSA/FSA.

Yes. Ask for a pre-treatment estimate. We can verify your benefits and give you a clear expected out-of-pocket.

Many cover preventive care well, but coverage varies by plan, deductibles, frequencies, and annual maximums.
